We work with you to seek solutions and focus on connecting you with support from fully funded options through to informal and community support. Our objective is to support you to get the most out of your NDIS plan. We can help you to understand your plan and ensure the right balance of support is used.

They can also talk to the NDIS on your behalf and support you in Planning meetings. We speak NDIS and work hard to keep things simple, which means we can focus more on you, your abilities, and your strengths to get the most value from your NDIS plan.

My Support Loop can provide support connection level 1 and Support Coordination level 2, through your NDIS plan.
We can also support you if you do not have Support Coordination in your plan. Read below.
If you do not have Support Coordination in your plan, and require support, we have a service, “Process of Plan Implementation Service”. NDIS can be difficult to understand, which is why we put together the Process of Plan Implementation service, it allows participants and their families to learn more about how to implement their plans. Arrange any allied health specialists required, as well as gather reports that are required by NDIS.
