What do I need to get started with My Support Loop?

If you do not have all the required qualifications please feel free to go ahead and send us your details and we will get in touch, we are here to help you along the way!

Below is what we require from you; 

Certificate 3 Individual Support (aged and/or Disability) or higher or working towards. Proof of enrolment will need to be verified.

Working with Children Clearances | Working with Aged and Disability clearances.

Medication training | COVID-19 Infection Control training | First Aid and CPR.

Full Car insurance and registration and Full Drivers license, including additional insurance for business.

Current Flu Vaccination | COVID Vax

NDIS Orientation Workers module | NDIS workers screening

Tax file number | Working Visa for Australia (if required)

A Reliable car and a  Reliable computer, plus a smartphone | Two references, contact details.

My Community Loop.

 All Care Supports will be paid according to experience through the Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Industry Award [MA000100] 


We are here to support you and our members, we work as a team. My Support Loop have systems in place so that more of your time is spent supporting your client. We have supports in place to assist you in anyway and we are always happy to receive additional supports to assist our Team.


We all know that what we do we can become over-involved, however, it is important to strike the right balance when it comes to boundaries.

 My Support Loop helps to maintain professional boundaries by ensuring there is a formal agreement in place with your clients. All financial agreements, timesheets and payment records are logged with our HR team.

Flexibility and Consistency

At My Support Loop we understand that sometimes we need to meet the needs of ourselves and our families appointments and sickness.

We provide flexible working hours and consistent shifts. To help you plan ahead. Not only do we support our members and their loved one, but we also support and acknowledge the dedication and hardworking team members.

We will work with you to create a schedule that works for both you and our members.
