All our team members are employed through My Support Loop as well as dedicated contractors (ABN holders), meaning we are committed to supporting all our team members so they can commit to long-term support. Insurance Coverage
We have you covered. All support team members are protected by public liability, personal accident, and professional indemnity insurance. This also includes all appropriate insurance while driving our fleet vehicles.
Payment
When it comes to payments, we’re working on your behalf to ensure receiving payment for your services is as seamless as possible.
Further supports for you
We use an online app, our shift scheduling software, where you can: clock on and off shifts, obtain all the information you require in regards to your shift, and client records all in one place to provide the best support, including My Support Loop policies and procedures and other documentation which may be required to provide to support you. Easy to use and you will be given a walkthrough at your induction.
