Becoming a Participant (Community Member) with My Support Loop: 

To become a participant, you can follow these steps:

1. Contact Us; Reach out to us via phone, email, or our website to express your interest in joining.

2. Initial Consultation; We'll schedule an assessment to understand your individual needs and goals. This may involve discussing your NDIS plan (if applicable)  and any support requirements.

3. Personalised Plan; Based on your needs, we'll develop a personalized support plan that aligns with your goals and preferences.

4.  Ongoing Support: Once enrolled, our team will provide ongoing support to ensure you receive the services and care you need.

Becoming a Team Member (Staff member) at My Support Loop;

To become a team member at My Support Loop, you can; 

1. Check for open Positions; visit our website or contact our HR team to see if any available roles match your skills and experience.

2. Submit an Application: Send us your resume and cover letter, outlining your experiences and why you're interested in working with us.

3. Interview Process: If your application is shortlisted, you'll go through an onboarding process, including training and orientation, to ensure you are equipped to provide the best support to our participants.

Become a Retail Member

Join the MY SUPPORT LOOP retail family and enjoy the convenience of having essential products always on hand. As a member, you’ll gain easy access to our store, priority availability for equipment and supplies, and exclusive rewards for your purchases. Signing up is quick and simple, giving you peace of mind and the benefits of being part of a community-focused organisation. Stay prepared, save time, and enjoy the perks of membership every day.

1. Come into the store at Wallaroo to collect your membership pack, or we can post it out to you.

2.  Complete your membership pack and return to My Support Loop.

3.  For NDIS participants, an NDIS consent form will be required, as well as a plan manager or support coordinator consent, so that My Support Loop can confirm equipment and budget.

4. For My Age Care participants, a consent form will be required to discuss your needs with your case manager to confirm your equipment and budget.

5.  Once everything is completed and final clearances are made, your details in our system, your membership card is ready for pick up or posted to you.

Members will find out about upcoming sales, events, and new stock before they become available. Members will always have their regular orders in stock and ready for ongoing orders.
