Assistance with Daily Life (CORE funding)
Supporting people to manage everyday personal and household tasks, Assistance with Daily Life helps individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently at home and in the community. This includes tailored support with personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and daily routines. By focusing on each person’s unique needs, preferences, and goals, these supports not only make everyday life easier but also promote confidence, autonomy, and overall wellbeing, helping participants thrive in their daily lives.
Short Term Accommodation/Respite (CORE funding)
Our Short Term Accommodation (STA) / Respite services provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals while offering their caregiver a much-needed break. Whether for a few days or weeks, we focus on delivering personalised care, engaging activities, and opportunities to build on new skills and social connections. Our goal is to create a comfortable and enriching experience while supporting participants' independence and well-being.
We can accommodate your needs, whether it be in your own home, holiday house, or a STA/Respite facility. We have carers ready to support you and your loved ones. We can also accommodate you if you are also in our region for your own family holiday and need some support for the family to have respite as a whole.
Group Activities (CORE funding)
Group Activities provide opportunities for participants to engage in social, recreational, and skill-building programs in a supportive group environment. These activities help build confidence, independence, and social connections while encouraging participants to try new experiences, develop friendships, and work towards their personal goals
Assistive Technology & Equipment/Consumables

Low Assistive Technology (AT) and consumables can be purchased through My Support Loop Retail, offering a wide range of everyday support products to help people live more safely and comfortably. Our retail showroom is open to the public in Wallaroo, providing a convenient local option to view products and receive friendly assistance in choosing the right equipment for your needs.
We provide a wide range of Assistive Technology and products designed to enhance independence, mobility, and quality of life. From daily living aids and mobility equipment to communication devices and sensory tools, our solutions are tailored to meet individual needs. Working closely with participants, families, and allied health professionals, we help ensure the right products are selected to support comfort, functionality, and personal goals — empowering individuals to live with greater ease and confidence in their daily lives.
Assistance with accommodation and maintaining tenancy obligations (CORE funding)
Our services support individuals to find and maintain suitable housing. We help participants navigate the rental process, meet tenancy requirements, and resolve housing-related challenges.
Whether it's applying for housing, understanding leases, or liaising with landlords, we provide practical support to ensure participants have a safe, stable, and comfortable place to call home. Our focus is on fostering independence and long-term housing security.
Assistance with supporting and maintaining employment (CORE funding)
Designed to support individuals in achieving their work goals. We help participants explore career options, develop job-ready skills, and connect with suitable employment opportunities. From resume building and interview preparation to on-the-job support and workplace adjustments, we provide personalised guidance every step of the way. Our goal is to empower participants to gain meaningful employment, build independence and thrive in their chosen careers.
Managing Life Stages, Transitions, and Supports (Capacity Building Funding)
We provide Managing Life Stages, Transitions, and Supports to help participants navigate significant changes in their lives. whether transitioning from school to work, moving into independent living, or adjusting to new supports. We offer guidance and practical assistance tailored to individual needs.
Our focus is on building resilience, developing life skills, and ensuring a smooth transition while empowering participants to achieve their goals and adapt confidently to life's changes.
Support Coordination Level 1 and 2 (Capacity Building funding).
Our Support Coordination service empowers participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence and achieve their goals. We assist in understanding plans, connecting with providers, and coordinating supports to ensure services align with individual needs.

Positive Behaviour Support (Capacity Building funding)
Our Positive Behaviour Support focuses on understanding and addressing challenging behaviours through evidence-based strategies. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to create tailored Behaviour Support Plans that prioritize safety, respect, and the participant's quality of life.
By identifying the underlying causes of behaviours, we aim to promote positive change, build new skills, and enhance independence, all while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Connecting with Allied Health Supports
(Capacity building funding)
We assist participants in accessing a wide range of Allied Health Services to support their health, well-being, and individual goals. from physiotherapy and occupational therapy to speech therapy and psychology, we help identify the right professionals for each participant's unique needs.
Our team works closely with participants' families and allied health providers to ensure seamless collaboration, personalised care, and positive outcomes. Together, we build a strong foundation for improved quality of life and long-term success,
Assistive Technology - Stated funding (Capital funding)
Assistive Technology (AT) funded through the NDIS helps individuals live more independently and comfortably by providing equipment and devices tailored to their needs. My Support Loop works closely with participants, families, and allied health professionals to ensure the right solutions are chosen, whether it’s daily living aids, mobility supports, communication devices, or sensory tools.
Our retail showroom in Wallaroo is available for external allied health professionals to trial equipment with participants or explore the products on display. If we don’t have a specific piece of equipment, we can source it — whether it’s scripted by an Occupational Therapist or an off-the-shelf solution. We work with NDIS and allied health professionals to provide the quotes and pricing needed for funding, and we can order any equipment participants need to support their goals, independence, and quality of life.
