My Support Loop is a registered NDIS provider across the Yorke Peninsula, Mid-North, and regional South Australia.
Supporting our children, young people and adults who live and work in our communities living with disability in our regional communities.
We our regional communities first, with a person centered approach, working together as one to meet our vision of UNITY, giving you choice and control over your NDIS plan.
We believe you should have the highest quality support, that is person-centred and maintain your choice and control over what supports that help you best.
We meet NDIA's strict quality and safety standards to provide our regional community with approved services.

As an NDIS provider, our mission is to unite and empower individuals across all regional areas who are living with a disability. We strive to provide customized supports and services for families, children, young people, and adults, fostering positive opportunities that enhance the quality of life for all participants.

The way we work
Getting to know you is our number one concern, as you are important to our community.
Our Care Liaison Manager will spend time with you to learn about who you are, your interests, your skills, and your goals.
We will work with you to find your support team, who you can connect with and feel supported.
My Support Loop is NDIS registered provider.

We do not outsource care, your support team is personally selected by us and yourself. These team members are selected and trained to meet your unique need.
Our team receive ongoing training to keep them up-to-date on best practice care and medical support.
